Staff employees and consultants supervise the entire research project from beginning to end, from questionnaire designing to sample definition, fieldwork, data analysis, interpretation and presentation of results.

Interviewers and moderators have a special background in medical and pharmaceutical interviewing. They are individually selected and briefed according to the research project underway. In particular, our moderators are able to apply Transactional Analysis and Neuro-linguistic Programming techniques for a non conventional analysis of respondents’ approaches and behaviours.
